Alyssa & Dylan | Wills Creek Vineyard & Winery

Alyssa and Dylan have been waiting for this day for a long, long time! Don’t let their baby faces fool you! After being middle and high school sweethearts, and an engagement of over a year, they were ready!! Alyssa got to think through all her plans and fine tune her details to suit her day to a T. Today, I just want to share some of my favorite images from their story.

A winter wedding has it’s own unique feel and details, so that added an extra level of interest, and Alyssa also has quite a love for sparkle, so her taste was fun to capture!

It is sometimes risky to have children be a part of a wedding, but it always adds interest! This brother and sister duo was absolutely precious. None of these expressions or shots were cajoled or posed. They were authentically interacting and loved each other! Their mom and I were just laughing and squealing as we watched them see each other all dressed up!

The bride and groom did great rolling with the punches of a wedding day and staying calm. They were truly there to get married and that’s all that mattered. Dylan has a fun spirit that keeps those around him smiling, and I know where he gets it! Let’s just say I’ve known the family for a while (I married in about 21 years ago)! Alyssa is sweet and spirited in her own right and they make a beautiful pair!

We were blessed to have a break in the sprinkling to let them get some gorgeous bride and groom portraits.

And did I mention they were fun? The party surrounded them with their guests on the dance floor and watching on in joy.
